Editing Patient Details

In order to edit a patient's details, you need to ensure the patient has had a previous assessment.

1. You can access the patient details by opening his client card.

  • Click on the Search option on the right-hand side and enter the patients name.

2. You can also access the patient client card for the Calendar.

  • Click on the patient's appointment and on the left-hand side panel, click on 'View Contact'.


Once you have opened the client's card, you can now edit all of patient details by clicking on already existing information or on the 'pen' icon.
