Client Notifications

In this article, you will discover and learn more about the Client Notifications section. 

Using this options will help you improve your Pabau account. 

In order to access them just go to 'Setup', choose 'Data' and click on 'Client Notifications'. 

Here you can choose a notification from the left-hand side, and after you have Enabled it, select a Template from the drop-down menu, and create a Subject. Edit the template, by clicking on the Edit Template button.    

From the right-hand side menu, use the suggested merge tags for confirmations. 

1. Confirmations

Here you can select the default appointment confirmation which gets sent out via email/sms.

2. Reminders

In this field you can see the default template we will send via email/sms reminding a client of an appointment.

When creating an SMS reminder, you can also choose the date & time when this reminder should be sent. 

3. Reschedules

The default template we will send when email/sms rescheduling a client of an appointment.

4. No Show

The default email/sms template we will send if a client was to No Show for an appointment.

5. Cancellation

The default email/sms template we will send if a client was to cancel an appointment.

6. Birthday

The default email/sms template we will send if it is a client birthday.

In other Birthday Mailer settings, you can add how many days before the birthday the email/sms should be send. You can also enable a voucher reward, choose a value of it and when will it expire.

7. Receipt

The default email template we will send with a clients transaction receipt.

8. Referral

  • The default email/sms template we will send for someone being referred into the business.
  • The default email/sms template we will send to someone who has referred a client into the business.

9. Connect Registration

The default email/sms template we will send to someone registering to your Pabau connect portal.

10. Social Survey

The default email/sms template we will send for a feedback request.

11. Review Thank You

The default email/sms template we will send for someone being referred into the business.

12. Wait List

The default email/sms template we will send when a wait list spot has become available.

13. Medical Forms

  • Prescriptions Email - The default email template we will send to someone receiving an email copy of a prescription.
  • Treatments Email - The default email template we will send to someone receiving an email copy of a treatment note.
  • Consents Email - The default email template we will send to someone receiving an email copy of a consent form.

14. Gift Voucher

The default email/sms template we will send with a clients voucher code.

15. Document Shared

The email template we will send when you share a document with a user though Pabau Connect.

16. Lead Responses

The email template we will send to your lead when submiting the lead capture form.

17. Classes - Confirmation

The email template we will send to people upon successfully registering to your class.

18. Classes - Group Bookings

The default email template we will send if a user want to move the group booking to another employee.

    It does not talk about the basics of setting the templates up and the setting needed to make the templates work, because nothing link (company log should be uploaded once and then it should feed through everything??? there is no preview button to see what templates look like, this sections show everything that the actual setup page in notifications shows, for an info section it needs to go into detail
